product ok. 13.2v output. no ground loop issue in headphone amp. came with case broken and cct bd loose and rattling inside. fixed with hotglue.

Not upto standard, not professional product
First time ordered piece received in not working condition, replacement received but out put polarity reversed, centre pin should be plus as per my requirement and product image, but received centre pin negetive. It seems product not a professional one.

The Item went unserviceable within a month. The item could not be returned since the date had passed. The Item has a warranty of 2 years. Email was sent to the supplier but there has been no response from him.Amazon should help to resolve the situation.
