Difficult to assemble and delicate
As a senior citizen with poor eyesight, I found assembling this item tedious and time consuming. The item is certainly not sturdy. When I tried to return it, I found that Amazon can give only replacement. When I don't want the original item itself, why do they want to give replacement? I do not want this item at all!

Steady, look is good, and easy to close & open each compartment
The media could not be loaded. The material doesn't feel very high-quality, and it seems like it could rip easily if you're not careful. But overall, I like the way it looks, and it's easy to get to your shoes. The compartments are of good size, and the shoe rack is pretty sturdy. I think it's worth the money.
