Purchased this product in August. Very good toothbrush, comes with 2 brush heads to start, good value. In January the product was no longer holding a charge. I emailed the seller and within 2 days received a replacement brush with 5 brush heads included. The responsiveness and care from the customer service team was phenomenal and it is a good sign that they back their product even past the 1 month Amazon gives you to return. Would recommend after this experience.

I finally found an electric toothbrush that has power to actually clean my teeth. Others are just so weak. I highly recommend!!!

Very disappointed in this product. I bought this to replace the same make which I had used for about two years. After the first use, it wouldn’t work without being placed on the charger. I tried troubleshooting, to no avail. I returned it and ordered a replacement. The replacement did the same thing. I did finally get it to work by using a lower power mode. I have had it for less than 3 months, and am having difficulties again. I will have to replace it again, but I will not be purchasing this product again.

I love the tooth brush and the feather soft tooth brush bristle. I love the fact that it has a two minute timer from start to end. Biggest down fall is the fact that it does not last long. I am not sure if its a battery issue or what, but I did purchase another one since I did like the tooth brush itself. I am hopping it will last longer than 10 months.

I purchased this because of a recommendation of my friend. I am so glad I did. This leaves my teeth feelining smooth and clean. The 4 x 30 second timer is very convenient to make sure you are brushing all quadrants. I do sometimes find myself accidently pressing the on/off button in the middle of brushing, but that is completely operator error and the more I use it, the less it happens. It is light weight, holds a charge and easy to use
