This product's decription is missleading, so even one star is too much for this product and this dishonest provider. They trick you into thinking that it's 120 caps/bottle, 1200mg/capsule, but, no, it is 1200 mg /serving and a serving is 2 big, fat capsules. So not only that this dishonnest trick doubles the product's price, but you need to take two big, fat capsules / serving instead of one to make up for the recommended dose. Cancelled my subscription on the spot.

It might help keep my blood sugar levels good.
I had read ceylon cinnamon is the best healthwise. I don't actually feel any different, so I don't know if it works. But I am in good health and am able to exercise pretty extensively and I am a year old female, so maybe it has helped me stay healthy. I take one a day. My sugar levels are always in a good range when I have my blood tested, the cinnamon might be part of that.

I take this 20 to 30 minutes before lunch, as directed, as part of type 2 diabetes treatment regimen. By watching my carbs and taking supplements including this cinnamon, I have noticed an improvement in my ability to process sugars over the last six months. I still take Metformin but don’t need to twice a day when I can keep my diet decently low in carbs, more healthy fats, and get off my butt and exercise!
