Poor quality rail and poor service. DO NOT BUY.
If you are fitting this rail inside the window recess then the fact that there are no endcaps to cover up the mechanism ends would not be a problem but if you fit the blind to the wall then you can see the mechanism. When I asked for the endcaps to be sent they replied that they do not do endcaps for the rail so now I have to get somebody to cut some plastic and stick it on the ends to cover up the mechanism, every other blind I have seen has the ends covered so pretty poor to be honest.

So good I ordered twice
First of all, be prepared for the cardboard tube that brings your order. If you have a sizeable window it will be the size of an international pipeline. It's a laugh trying to get it in the house and out of the way, so there's added unexpected comedy value right there. Count how many times people trip over it too...maybe that's just us . Anyway, you're going to want to get this installed asap. Luckily, it's easy to put up, though I had to YouTube how to attach the metal clip-on fixing brackets without any instructions, but easy enough when you know how. The whole thing was easy enough to install. The biggest problem for me was getting the old rail off. Really easy to clip on the existing blinds too, no weird angles, or hard pressing required, so that's good. Overall, really impressed with the quality of product, ease of install, functionality and the delivery. So good we ordered again. Wish I had done this sooner.

Slight delay in delivery. But product was perfect. Well packed. And fitted the existing brackets so no need to re-drill.
