Being in Bay , I often struggle with humidity that’s consistently above 60% which can promote mold, mildew, and insect infestation and this dehumidifier help keep the air dry in summer in the rest of the home.Pros :  it’s compact size ! It fits in all the little spaces! Its light, easy to relocate as needed. It’s also much quieter than my other brand dehumidifier. The features are very easy to use, simple settings are so much better than anything super complexed!Most of the Dehumidifiers often need to have their collection tanks manually drained,but this one has small outlet which eliminates the need for manual drainage which comes handy. Knowing from afar, one would not be able to make if the dehumidifier runs as I would give 5 star for its silent performance. Ever since using this dehumidifier, I noticed a big change in the air and I can visually see it in the water collecting chamber. I love the compact and sleek design plus how lightweight it is. I leave the dehumidifier on 10 minutes of having this on high, the dry and muggy air is gone and it has an auto shutoff also when the chamber is full. It runs really quietly that sometimes I forget it’s on!Cons: One of the drawback is it doesnt come with Wifi connectivity / doesnt let you monitor remotely but its worth for the money and great product which never disappoints .It has made a HUGE difference in how the room feels . It’s less damp feeling and the kids enjoy playing down their more now! A total win for me! I would recommend and a must have product.

The media could not be loaded. Purchased this unit less than one year ago, put it into use summer of 2024 in the basement to draw out humidity. It was left on continuous operation mode targeting 50%. A few months ago, unit started generating a lot of condensation on the exterior followed by heavy icing at the air intake. After disconnecting and letting the ice thaw, even though unit is advertised to de-ice itself, the unit control panel has not worked since. See video. Reached out to the manufacturer several times and I have not received any response in a month. They provide a 3 year warranty but that is meaningless at this point.

I feel bad having to return this dehumidifier but want to alert potential buyers to not be misled by the advertised listed coverage as being "2,500 square feet." Assuming just an 8 foot ceiling, this unit is way too small to dehumidify a space of 2,500 square feet which would be a total cubic foot area of 20,000 cubic feet! In my ignorance of dehumidifiers, I took what was advertised as being factual but now know better. Obviously the listing should say, "2,500 CUBIC feet" which, with a ceiling height of just 8' would be a room of about 300 square feet. I put this in my garage where the humidity was 72%. My garage measures 20.5X23X10 for a total of 4,715 cubic feet. The unit ran continuously and ultimately stabilized the humidity at between 59 and 66% depending upon where one measured and the temperature and humidity outside (Southern Texas where high humidity is the norm). This was still too high for my purposes and I knew the outside humidity would soon be much higher than the low 70s.So why am I giving a somewhat high rating? This unit is quite, easily moved and would do VERY well in dehumidifying a bedroom, closet, bathroom or small garage or basement so long as the total cubic feet (length x width x height) not exceed 300 or so. All of this is qualified, however. The higher the local humidity the more the unit must work and the smaller the effective area it can service. Based on my experience, however, I am confident that, even in Southern Texas, this unit will dehumidify 2,000-2500 CUBIC feet of space with little difficulty. I have just purchased another dehumidifier rated at (again the same error) "5100 square feet" at twice the size, tank capacity, and (unfortunately) price.
