I have a history of foot problems and have been looking for a good foot pad support. I read a lot of reviews and selected these and I am not disappointed! I have added them directly to a few pairs of shoes that I wear regularly and I am very happy with the results. The adhesive appears to be very good and support is great. I will be purchasing again.

Purchased these to replace some older ones that had lost their adhesiveness in a pair of booties. They stick super well but that also makes it hard for adjustment in boots. The ball of my foot needed some cusion but I couldn't get these into the correct spot. It would be better if they were wider to cover more of the ball area. If you can get it in the right spot they are good. I feel like the ones I had before were better but these were cheaper so there ya go.

I tried 3 types of metatarsal support, and they're all fine depending on what you're looking for.Zucnanna: medium firmness, 1/8 inch thickness, slightly asymmetrical right and left pieces, plastic surface, gel inside, quite a large sticker area; if you need something waterproof or thin, this might be a good bet.Pedag Drop: medium firmness, 1/4 inch thickness, symmetrical, the surface is faux leather (which feels really nice), inside it's latex according to the description, which feels like supportive slightly squishy foam.Protec: extremely firm, does not squish, 1/4 inch thickness, symmetrical, foam-like surface (description says it's acetate), a solid material inside.

The price was decent and the adhesive was good they stayed in place, but I only wore my boots maybe 3 times with them in there but they were so uncomfortable. It’s weird because they feel soft, but walking on them all day feels like I’m stepping on a rock. I put my boots on this morning and left but as soon as I got to work I pulled the pads out of my boots. They are more comfortable without them.
