The steam function of this Inalsa steam iron stopped working soon after purchase. I raised a complaint, but their customer service has been a nightmare—took months to respond, required multiple online steps just to register for warranty, and even then the technician asked for more documents and processes. The customer care number was completely unhelpful. Very disappointed with both the product and support.

Amazing experience till now,I have used Phillips steam press aswell but inalsa is far more better.
