I've taken a number of different ALAs and can assure you that this one is hands down the best. Not only is the quality top notch but the price is excellent as well. I see real results throughout the day - more consistent energy with less dips and it's easier for me to maintain focus in areas where my mind would normally start to wander.This is the pill I've been searching for for years. 10/10 recommend! I was recommended this by a friend since I've been having a hard time after my 3rd son with energy and weight. (& a little depression) I've started to notice a HUGE difference in my mental clarity and lasting energy especially in the mid afternoon when I usually start to feel "dull". I'm also taking a few other supplements to help lose weight but seemed to have plateaued with those, but after I started adding these supplements I started losing weight again! My husband brought up last night on how my overall attitude has been up the last week or so, which I didn't really think was bad before but love that he's noticing a difference since I'm feeling a difference! This is definitely something I will be keeping in my routine!

After using this product for a few weeks I can definitely say I’ve seen some improvement in my daily life. I feel like I no longer have that afternoon “crash” that typically occurs after lunchtime. I have used l-cartnine in the past for cholesterol, libido, mind and other benefits. This time I decided to try a this type to see if ALA gave any additional benefits. One in important aspect was libido and it may be that the ALCAR in this type isn't as high of a milligram or a different form, however I haven't had the success with this formulation as I had with straight ALCAR, most notably in libido.Upon reading the site Healtnotes, which gives you information regarding the efficacy of natural remedies I found that most studies relate to diabetes pertaining to ALA. I believe my previous reading many people claimed to see boost in other areas with ALA, which to me seem to be minimal at best. Bottom line is that of you don't have diabetic related symptoms, or are not diagnosed with at least pre-diabetes in my opinion you are probably better off getting ALCAR by itself from one of the more reputable vendors. This is a problem with natural remedies, what to take when, but when that question comes up for me or if I need a refresher Healtnotes has provided good quality information for years to me.Finally I'm not knocking this product or the company, and I accept that part of this is my own fault. I guess the combo of ALA/ALCAR doesn't work for everyone, yet the combo seems to be more widely marketed than the individual ingredients themselves.

There seems to be evidence that this information has stood the test of time and other studies.For consumers, the challenging was finding the right product providing the right dosage. It's very had to take two different supplements and achieve such. This product SEEMS to be quality and the ballpark correct dosage for me.

I have been taking these for about a week so far. The very next day, I noticed a bit of a difference, but I wasn't sure if I just rested especially well or if it was this. After a few days, I have concluded that it must be the pills. I do creative work in marketing, and I am already noticing I am completing projects quicker. All week, I have not been zoning out and making fewer mistakes. I am going to finish off this bottle and probably start a subscription if this keeps up. Great value for the price.
