Niddy Noddy Tool for Spinning 1 Yard

I recently got into spinning my own yarn in the last few months and found that some of the tools are incredibly pricey, which was a problem for someone on a student budget. Desperately wanting to measure out my fiber, I stumbled across this listing and I couldn't be happier with my product. This niddy noddy comes in two separate pieces which means that you can easily store it later after use. It's made of a hard plastic which is also fine by me because in the event that it gets wet, it isn't ruined. I'd recommend this for people just starting out with spinning before making a long term commitment on equipment.

This is a very nice quality item. It is very smooth so you don’t have to worry about snags to your yarn. It arrived in a timely manner.

I found this niddy noddy to be quite useful in my yarn-making projects. However, when I placed it in warm water to set the twist of my yarn, it warped immediately. I was able to run it under an iron to get the shape back, but this will probably only work a few more times before it's destroyed completely as the ironing seemed to make it thinner/more brittle.

Very small, like tiny, maybe 12" when together. Broke right away. Do not recommend

I am enjoying this smaller sized 3D printed Niddy Noddy. "Just Right" sized for my practice yarns. Sturdy filament depth so no concerns of breaking. Collapsible for better storage, too.

I love that it comes apart! Winds a skein nicely and is easy to store.

This was a present for a friend, broke almost immediately.

It doesn't look like much when you pull it out of the envelope, but the clever design snaps together just fine. It is light weight and small, but it will do the job and not take up a lot of space when not in use.
