It did not match what is pictured.i liked the folding prongs. what i got did not have them.the plug fit's.the output is right.

Works as advertised, just quite slowly.
Bought this to recharge or squirrel spinner bird feeder. It took almost 2 days to get the battery from dead to working at full capacity.
