Q: Does the A5 paper notebook refillable? What do I use?

Yes, it can be replaced when paper runs out. You can replace them with a regular A5 sized paper that thickness is below 10 mm. You can even use a paper on it!

Q: Is there any way to connect this to an app or anything on a computer rather than a mobile device?

XPPen Note Plus should connect with Note+2 App on the phone/pad to use. You could sync it on your phone and export to your computer.

Q: Can I use any pen for this tablet? If not, can you replace the ink on the pen that comes with the tablet?

Note Plus only works with XPPen P08A Stylus. There are replacement nibs for P08A, you can replace the ink when it's needed.

Q: Is this an e-ink display?

XPPen Note Plus note-taking tablet is differ from an e-ink display.What makes it unique is that you can write on the real paper. The contents can be saved on the paper and sync with your phone at the same time.
