can i use this in my clogged bath tub? one reviewer said the label said not to...i suspect that is because they sell a tub product as well...

That is what the label states, but gives no reason. Could be to protect a bather if the tub is not cleaned of product.

Can i use on bathroom sink?

Yeah, but you want to add chemicals to water, not the other way around. So you don't want to just pour the granules down the drain and then turn on the faucet. You should measure the amount needed, put it in a measuring cup full of water and immediately pour into the drain as soon as it's dissolved. Alternatively, as part of routine maintenance, you can fill the sink basin with water, add the granules let the sink soak for a short time to clean it then drain & rinse with hot water.

What are the ingredients? Listing shows "caustic", that's a description, not an ingredient.

Actually caustic *is* an ingredient. It's also known as lye or sodium hydroxide. It's extremely common in many industries that use it to just say caustic as it's 67% fewer syllables than sodium hydroxide. For brevity we'll even use the term to refer to "built caustic" which is sodium hydroxide combined with other chemicals such as wetting agents. It's understood that sodium hydroxide is meant anytime caustic is used to refer to an ingredient. Now you know.
