As a caregiver, these have been a lifesaver! They are Ideal in helping to transfer elderly people on and off of beds. I have one patient who has Parkinson’s and when he “gets stuck”, these sheets help me move him with ease. Otherwise, it could be a 2 person assist. Another patient has a great deal of hip pain (bone on bone) and cannot lift her foot by herself to get into bed. These sheets allow me to lift her legs while pivoting her bottom when she’s seated in the bed and then I’m able to get her into a lying position. My only warning is that these should be used with care because they are slippery and so you wouldn’t want someone using them on the very edge of the bed alone, where they could slip and fall. But if used correctly, they are a very helpful product.

Agree- this is a game changer. Previously I purchased an expensive slide board but it did not accomplish what this thin nylon layer does. I can slide my 200 pound patient on the bed by simply moving this nylon sheet under the draw sheet and whoosh! in position without friction to the patient's skin! the fabric slides right out after positioning! THIS IS AMAZING! Also saves me from straining my back! genius!

My therapist recommended I get this sheet; I didn't think I would need it. But it is the most important piece of equipment I have to get in and out of bed. I lay it on the bed, sit on it, and it allows me to push myself across the bed with little effort.

I got this to help me turn over and get out of bed after I had back surgery. It has worked really well. I place it a few inches from the edge so I won’t slip off the bed. One thing I have been pleasantly surprised about is that it doesn’t make me get hot. For anyone who need help to turn over in bed, I highly recommend this product.

I guess whether this works or not depends on who you're turning, their mobility. As for me not that useful--- it does help the sheet I put on top of it glide better.

If you want it to be easy to move your patient, or your family member that you are caretaker of this is a great buy!!!

After struggling with moving my wife up to the top of the bed using a regular mover, I needed something to help take the load off my back. The LOSCHEN Tubular Slide Sheet did the trick. Now a steady tug easily moves her up or down on the mattress. It's soft, durable, slick, and washable in the laundry. Because it is very slick, my wife will gradually slide back down. To prevent this, I just fold the Tubular Slide in half while she is in bed which allows a portion of her body to rest on a non-slick part of the mattress until time to move her again. Glad I bought this, and so is my back!

Must have for caregivers! Can reposition a 6 foot, 175 lb man all by myself with this sheet! It's been a game changer for us!

I broke my leg and am completely non-weight-bearing on it while I'm recovering from it for at least 8 weeks. However, I do need to get up and out of bed. The hospital beds were horrible for this due to the rubber texture of their mattress, causing me to sweat a lot and stick to the sheets. That, plus not having the strength after 2 weeks of lying down made it incredibly hard for me to even try and get up. Unfortunately the hospital did not provide any sliding sheets, which delayed my getting up so I bought one of these for myself. It was amazing how easy it was for me to get in and out of bed with this sheet, as it very smoothly allowed me to make the turn to shift my legs to the outside of the bed, which I couldn't make without it. Even now that I'm at home, even though the sheets are much more forgiving and I've become a lot stronger already, I still use it to slide across the bed more easily as I sleep on the far side so my partner does not have to sleep with concern of accidentally hitting my broken leg during sleep. It just makes the travel through the bed a little bit faster and easier.

Ich habe diese Rutschmatte gekauft, weil ich meinen Vater extrem schwer ins Auto bekomme. Unser Auto ist ziemlich hoch. Da er nicht selbst einsteigen und sich dann setzen kann, steht er mit dem Rücken zum Auto und ich ziehe ihn hinein. 84 kg die nicht mithelfen sind nicht so einfach zu bewegen. Mit dieser Matte verringert sich mein Kraftaufwand um mindestens die Hälfte. Ich bin absolut begeistert und gebe eine klare Kaufempfehlung!
