I don't normally write reviews but I thought I would in this case as it is the most expensive item I have bought through amazon and some of the reviews I have read seem a bit harsh.If you are looking for precision engineering, luxury log cabin etc - this is not the product for you. It is a reasonable quality, lo-cost, self build kit form, quite large garden shed/summer house.In terms of quality: When it arrives you think it is really flimsy, but when you get all the panel screwed together and the roof on, it is actually quite solid. You won't get the panels perfectly joined, but there are fascia strips provided which covers any imperfections.Cost: I did think about just buying the wood and making a shed myself from scratch, but I was over double the cost when I priced up the walls alone, never mind the floor, roof, windows and door.In terms of construction, its can be a bit fiddly, but just follow the instructions and you'll be okay. Its a bit more of a challenge than IKEA furniture, but not so much that you need a trained carpenter.Some tips: If I were to do it again, I would invest or borrow a good battery powered screwdriver with a spare battery so that you've always got one on charge. A battery drill would be handy as well, it will save dragging cables around. A bob the builder tool belt to hold the drill, screwdriver and screws would also have helped. Spring clamps (I had some) were indispensable when screwing the panels together. There might be some gaps between panels (I had some in the roof - because my base wasn't quite square). I used expanding foam to fill these and it worked okay.Customer Service: I did have a couple of issues - but the supplier sorted these out quickly and with no fuss. When the shed arrived the instructions were missing. A quick message and they e-mailed them to me. A coupe of the perspex windows had been crunched in transit. A few messages to identify the right size and replacements were dispatched.Overall: I am quite happy with what I got for the price I got it.

This product is supplied in many 2ft pannels. When assembled on a flat surface. The panels were so warped the whole summerhouse was difficult to build straight. It would have been easier and quicker to build four full sized pannels and assembly them ourseleves. The roof isn't supplied with a single long beam to support it which would have been much sturdier. Additionally every pannel is an inch short of 2 ft, so the finished summerhouse is four inches shorter in depth and eight inches shorter in length.Update:Cold weather (normal UK winter) has caused the glazing to crack. Wind then caused the glazing to fall in and create large sharp shards. I contacted BillyOhh they intially said they would send out replacements but went back on that promise in a subsequent email.

Ordered this summer house in June paid in full. Took delivery in August. The order was completely wrong. Wrong sizes missing parts no assembly instructions damaged parts. Weeks later still not resolved. Have contacted billy oh numerous times they send empty re assurances but still the missing parts are just that MISSING.My patience is exhausted I most definitely would never entertain using this company again.They don’t even deserve 1 star but the system won’t allow me to submit my review without putting 1 star.

Quality control is poor there’s spaces after I’ve built it sorry to say not worth the money and no instructions for how it go together would not recommend anyone to buy it
