My favorite Brie cheese.
First discovered this when I visited a friend in California but wasn't able to get it here on the East Coast, that is, UNTIL NOW!!! So glad it's available through Amazon and will continue to order it. It's an award winning Brie unlike any others.

Not ripe, it’s like American cheese made in France
I had hoped it was going to be creamier and not like a block. Grocery store Brie is way better, sorry

It's a domestic brie and very average at best
I bought this Brie thinking that I might be getting a high quality imported cheese. Instead I find out it's made in California, and that in itself might not be a problem, but it's just not that great of a Brie. Not a lot of flavor, not especially creamy, and just mediocre in my Bried out opinion after eating many varieties of triple cream bries priced similarly.
