I love this little tool! Who wants peach fuzz on their face? Not me! This is the perfect tool for removing it. Its not loud at all. A battery will last for multiple years. Its also comes with extra Blades to switch out when the original dulls. Great product! Highly recommend!

I had this exact same device for five years and it only broke because I dropped it. Best investment I've ever made. No more $$$. It's not just great for facial hair, but also for your arms. To have your arms waxed costs $35 alone. I've saved so much money so far! Great investment!

I absolutely hate tweezing, and no one is going near my face (or any one sensitive body part) with hot wax. I figured if this gadget worked, it would save me a lot of time and swearing. I was right about the time, and the swearing was targeted solely at the outer packaging.Pros:- Easy to use.- Comfortable in the hand, yet mall enough to fit in a purse or cosmetic bag.- Completely painless. And it is unlikely you're going to cut yourself if you use a little common sense.- Does exactly what it is supposed to do pretty darn well -- that is, it trims eyebrows and removes fine facial hair. It is NOT intended as a nose hair trimmer or bikini shaver and explicitly says so in the instructions. (OK, the instructions are awful for the most part, but that part was very clear.)- Battery life really isn't that bad.Cons:- The packaging. I realize that shouldn't have anything to do with the actual product, but when it takes 15 minutes, a box cutter and heavy cussing to get into a package, it affects product perception. If Panasonic has put half the structural integrity into the product as the stupid molded package, I should be using this thing come doomsday. Also, the "soft case" for the attachments is a joke. Count on finding something else to keep those in.- The instructions are, indeed, lacking. There are plenty of pictures, but they aren't very helpful. It still wasn't very clear how the blade head is changed (Hint: The blade is NOT the WHOLE head piece, but two parts lengthwise that snap together.)- It feels cheap. And it probably won't survive a drop to a tile or concrete floor without the case cracking.Conclusion: Given the flimsy materials used for the body and attachments, I wouldn't pay $20 for it, but I got it for $12 and, after using it a bit, I think $10-12 is a fair price for it. If you don't push it past what it is designed to do, it works fine and is much faster, easier and safer (and less painful) than other facial hair removal methods.

I used other brand but never last. This one is easy and works very well. I like it. You will not regret buying it. If you shave your legs, it's virtually it blows all the rest of the trimmers. I used mini trimmers as seen on tv. It doesn't last for long. It's not that powerful for my hair is thick. It doesnt catch well and it's painful if the hair get caught on the blade.. But this trimmer's blade is fast enough. I think it's even better than hair trimmers to shave your legs. I finished so easy and quick and most of all NO PAIN!! It runs just as it should.And, I used it for my eye brow. It comes with an instruction and a head part designed for eye brow triming. When i do it with twizzer or sissors, it takes long, and i always make a mistake. So i give it try since it shows ow to do it and i wanted take advantage of my dollars, and i was plesantly surprised. Even though it took only 20 seconds, it look better than my small sissor and twizer skills that i have developed for a long time!!If you are a male, this would be life saver. It's easy and fast. And it does better job than years of skill. Just put the instruction sheet in the cabinet. I think it's a great idea as a gift. I guarantee ou will love it. And it will last longer than other trimmers in market. It so easy and small and it's kind of fragile. The head part moves. It meant to give you flexibility when you run on the skin curve, but it look very fraigle. However not as fraigle as my old ones. Its very decent product i think. As long as you maintain it good, it will last. I think this could be a good gift if someone travel a lot and have no time dealing with designing of face.I love it! My best purchase in 3 years!

I bought one of these trimmers a long time ago for very little money, and I got over a decade of service out of it before it gave out. Then I made the mistake of trying a different brand of trimmer, which died on me within a few months, so now I've purchased this excellent trimmer again, and it's working beautifully, just like the first one did. It comes with a spare blade, which you likely won't need for a number of years. It also comes with eyebrow attachments, which seem to work well, though I'm no expert in trimming eyebrows. All in all, a real bargain and a fantastic performer!

This cost more than others I've had in the past, but does a much better job. Also, one kind I've had in the past always nicked the skin on the front of my neck pretty bad - roughed it up. This one doesn't do that at ALL. Very happy with it

I LOVE this tool for shaving the peach fuzz and keeping my eyebrows in check. However, I struggle to keep purchasing it because replacement blades would be so easy to make and sell. But they don't sell them so we have to buy a whole new each time. And, its not the cost, it's the waste. I keep trying other products and end up having to buy this because it works well and I cannot afford laser hair removal. But, c'mon Panasonic, make replacement parts available.
