In the past I’ve been aggravated to open what was represented as an an “air-tight” container which I had filled with pet food to find ants. ANTS! Exactly how would ants get into an “air-tight container if it TRULY WAS AIR-TIGHT??? I admit that on those occasions I saw red instantly and exclaimed in a very “unladylike” manner. Everything is so expensive these days. So of course who enjoys throwing away money on food that becomes ant infested? Beyond the cost, I refuse to serve my pets ants. I just refuse! So I heard if this vault that claims it keeps pet food bug free and the food fresh. I had to try it. IMAGINE…. If it really was true! 💁🏼‍♀️ Well, I bought it, tried it and waited…. And waited…. And waited…. NO BUGS! My kitties get fresh, bug-free kitten food. It’s nice to buy a product that makes a claim to be air-tight and actually have it be true. Besides keeping the food fresh and pest free, I like the design of the vault as it is easy to carry, open and store. It even comes with its own dispensing cup! The convenience of ordering the appropriate size based on the size food bag you order is also a plus. You can conveniently store all the food in one container instead of breaking it up into multiple containers. I’m happy with my purchase and am sure you would be too. It’s available in convenient sizes, it’s well made and has a sturdy design. The screw-on lid is easy to use and keeps the food fresh and pest-free. All at an affordable price. Your pets will thank you…. So isn’t that reason enough to get one?

Storage container is well made and so far mouse proof. I use it to store my own dry food to keep the mice from eating it. The seal is tight and the food has stayed fresh.

I love these airtight containers. They are sturdy and store very easily. I love that my animals will have fresher food longer. I like it so much I’m looking for a smaller one to put bags of treats in.

These vittles vaults Are the best thing ever! They keep food fresh and bug free. There are all kinds of dog food containers, but these are the only ones I found that are truly protective of the food. The seal is tight no moisture gets in and you can’t smell the dog food which is an extra plus! I’ve been using them for years and have a variety of sizes for use depending on what I’m doing. I just ordered these to use in our class A RV. Perfect!! They are easily assessable while being hidden in another Amazon purchase; the Ottoman safe!

This container is awesome! I have the larger one for the dog's kibble but needed something to put their freeze-dried dinner patties in. This thing holds a lot of product, keeps everything dry and is bug proof, which is a must have when storing dog food. I purchased the the smaller one to keep the dogs treats in and that one is awesome too. I really love this brand and the quality of their products. LOVE IT!

This pet food container is extremely sturdy and keeps the food fresh for a lot longer. The seal is extremely airtight although it is a little tricky to get the lid on if you don’t have it lined up just right. It also holds quite a bit of food despite the size. It may be pricer than other brands of pet food containers but if you want to ensure the food stays fresh and want a sturdy container, I would highly recommend this one.

We bought this because we get ants in spring/summer. Also, one of our cats has figured out how to open the coat closet door to reach their food. He's chewed open a bag a few times, even though he has plenty of food in his small dish, which leads to even more ants.We bought the 15lb container, but it easily fits a 16lb bag + a little extra from the previous bag. No more ants. The lid is fairly easy to open, but it might be tricky if you have arthritis.
