Pretty good, but doesn't taste like a Hawaiian childhood
Born and raised in Hawaii in the 50s and 60s, Yick Lung was the only provider of seeds in every pharmacy and grocery store I knew. Now we have many choices of "Li Hing Mui," which was only one kind when I was growing up. In cherry seed, I look for some moistness and extra sweetness, with the salt as background -- unlike Li Hing Mui, where salt is foregrounded usually, even in the "sweet" kind. This is more like generic li hing mui with a little cherry flavor. I'll stick to my other brand, and hope someday someone will remember how to make "sweet sour wet seed," my absolute favorite, lost to history.

Not like the picture at all...more like dried fruit can't taste li thing muo
It is nothing like the picture, it doesn't taste anything like the real li hing mui cherry products. Maybe if it was advertised with the correct product it would be less deceptive. I bought 2 of these packages and they are not li hing mui cherry...some dried fruit and not much to nothing at all on the li hing mui taste. Very disappointed and no return policy for this product, I find is very unprofessional. Will not be buying again! Wish it was honest and advertised without deception!!

The taste is fresh and delicious.
Previously I had written a bad review. But I deleted it. As it turns out, this product is fantastic. It was another sellers product that was terrible. But it was not the sellers fault, it was the manufacturer. Anyhow, this very product by this seller is delicious and fresh. And we would order it again.

Good
I didn't realize I practically ate the whole bag. Just wanted a snack that reminded me of home.

Ingredients/product different than store purchase on Big Island
Right cherry is purchase in Big Island - left on Amazon - Cherries on left are chunks vs shred and seasoning is sweeter. LiHing flavor not same or as tasty. Too sweet, needs more "hing-ing".
