I bought this directly from the company and should have investigated more thoroughly before purchasing. I wanted liquid vitamins since they’d be easier to take as opposed to capsules. I’m not autistic but do have anxiety and after reading the information online decided this line of liquid supplements would be a good option for me. After using for 2-3 weeks I realized my appetite was out of control and I had gained 5 lbs. I was only taking 1 tsp of each per day to see if I tolerated it well. The company suggests using for 3 months before you can determine if they’re right for you. I contacted the company yesterday to inquire about returning and found out that I only had a 30-day time period to return and they would refund 50% on opened bottles and on unopened bottles they charge a 15% restocking fee. Plus of course you pay postage both ways. The time limit would be cutting it close so I decided to keep them….until I throw them away. I told them I’d post a review on Amazon to advise fellow consumers of their policy and haven’t heard back. I hope Amazon posts this even though I didn’t purchase these products through Amazon.
