Awesome book!
This book is so much more than I had hoped for! It has a lot of good information in the first few chapters, healthy snack ideas, & includes shopping lists for each week. Very easy to follow, easily adjustable recipes. I'm on the first week still so I've only tried a few of the recipes so far, but they've all been very tasty!

east to use recipies
i ordered this book for summertime snacks these instructions are easy to read and use you can also make extra and put in the fridge they also give the calories so you can pick the one you like i read the whole book when it came in the mail i put a marker on the pages that i wanted to try this has been a fun time making these smoothies in recommend this book

American Book?
Really difficult to find the ingredients in the UK. I’ve tried ASDA, Tesco, Morrison’s, M&S etc and can’t find or get Dragon Fruit, Chocolate Hemp Protein Powder, Siggis Whole Milk Vanilla Yoghurt (whatever that is) and Hemp Seeds for week 1. I’ve had to try and buy most products online but it’s really difficult and expensive for week 1 never mind any of the other weeks! I wouldn’t recommend buying if your in the UK, it’s probably a lot easier and cheaper to get a smoothie book from the UK all the measurements are in ounces too! I didn’t realise this was an American book otherwise I wouldn’t have purchased. I’ve never done a smoothie type of slim down plan before so I don’t even know UK alternatives for the products I can’t find or what I am supposed to be using!

A very handy book
This book has a lot of very easy smoothie recipes. The only issue I have, which is in numerous reviews on here, is the side notes. They are typed with yellow ink and a small size font which makes it difficult to read. I do recommend this book though. It made me love fruits & vegetables.
