The baskets serve me on a weekly basis. After purchasing the round ones I have also acquired the oval ones and they are both easy to use and made my sourdough much better.

These proofing baskets are great. The first time I used them I was a little concerned about whether or not the dough would release from the baskets. I had dusted the liners with rice flour and the dough came right out.

I have only used the baskets a couple of times, and I am a beginner baker who does not have much experience to compare to. But I can at least speak to the quality of instructions supplied with the baskets and in messages from the manufacturer. They are quite thorough and explain well how to prepare the baskets for proofing and how to care for them. Overall, I like the quality of the baskets and the liners as well as the fact that it came with a lame (+ extra blades) and the dough scraper.

Finally getting back to baking my own bread.Controlling the ingreadients I ingest is important to myself.These i know will work well for me.The liners fit well, and are just the right size for me.One has a small snag, but i can sand that with no difficulty.I did receive an email from the seller, with further information on using these.For which i expressed gratitude for! Providing information that, if followed, should lead to a longer life for these Bannetons. I have't used them yet, but I have zero reasons to expect any issues.I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again, if needed...If my grandaughter starts baking bread any time soon,I may be purchasing sooner than expected!

I had a couple of bannetons already that I had purchased on Temu. One was nice, good size. The next ones I bought were too small and reeked, serious a horrific odor! The last I tried was too small. Then I found these. I wish I hadn't wasted time or money buying the others. These look as if they are made the same way, but there is zero odor, they are the perfect size for a Batard. I've used it twice already and am quite delighted. The price was reasonable, especially as it is for TWO. A lame is included and also a terrible bowl scraper. It will likely end up being a Play-do tool. I'm very happy with this purchase and 100% would buy from this seller again!

There is nothing I could complain about this product. I bought it for myself (not as a gift, but this can be an excellent gift!) - I just needed two baskets for the two breads I was about to bake the next day. The baskets are very well made, the cloths are great, too. The addition of lame and blades is a huge plus. I highly recommend the baskets and the seller team (they reach out to you after the purchase offering additional tips as to the maintenance of the baskets, and just showing that they are there for you if you need any help with their product. It kind of shows that they really care about their clients, their product, and, well, their business. A+++

These baskets are the right size for my sourdough loaves—not as small as others. Worked perfectly. Tip: rub the flour into the fabric before use instead of merely sprinkling it. No sticking.

I have been making my sourdough bread for a while and this equipment is exactly what I was looking for: good quality, well packaged for shipping and delivery even faster than expected.
