Multivitamins
Prenatal vitamins but for men and women... so just a multivitamin? Can't wrap my head around the marketing, but these are easy to take, have a good list of core vitamins, and are easy to take.

Vegetarian supplement
This is marked as being a vegetarian supplement. It’s not marked as being vegan and I suspect the vitamin D3 might be a problem. Often vitamin D three is animal sourced making it suitable for vegetarians and not vegans so this could very well be the case here. You are getting 60 easy to swallow tablets and if you stick to the recommended dosage of one daily then these will last you two months. I like the mix of vitamins and minerals and this seem a logical list of ingredients. You get an expiry date of almost 2 years from the time of ordering so plenty of time to use. At the current price of under a tenner they’re also good value for money. Certainly worth considering.

Brilliant peace of mind
If you are planning on trying for a baby, vitamins like these are just great for peace of mind, even if they don't help on the conception side of things. They have everything you need for general health and wellbeing for conception but are also formulated to give you what you need in early pregnancy. When I was pregnant with my first child, I'd been taking hair and skin vitamins which contained vitamin A, which is not recommended in pregnancy, before I realised I was pregnant. I then faced a worrying wait for a few weeks until my scans for reassurance that everything was OK.Taking a supplement like this which is tailor made to suit early pregnancy too means you've got everything covered when you do hopefully conceive, even if you don't realise you're pregnant straight away. The inclusion of folic acid is particularly good as it's recommended to take for at least the first 12 weeks of pregnancy and sometimes women don't even realise they're pregnant for a month or two, so a lot of the vital stage of folic acid has been missed.Having been in the situation of worrying about the impact of supplements I had taken by accident or hadn't taken early enough in my pregnancies and knowing the anxiety it causes, I would highly recommend a supplement like this for anyone trying to get pregnant.

great for both male and female
I am pretty happy with this parental supplement support. It is suitable for vegetarians, no added colour or flavour, non-GMO, nut free, gluten free and dairy free. Most of the conception tablets aim for women, to increase the folic acid intake. This one is comprehensive and also good for male. Good combination of vitamin C, zinc B complex, E, D3, Copper, biotin, K1. According to NHS pregnancy preparation, 400mcg folic acid is required and this one contains 800 mcg which is more than enough. 60 tablets for two people , it is a month supply

Easy to swallow.
A small bottle with 60 vitamin tablets, so that's roughly a 2 months supply for a single person or a one months supply for the couple who are trying to conceive based on the dosage of one pill per day per adult. They dont really taste of anything, I found the easy to swallow but they are very easy to cut in half if that's an issue. I feel energised, and my hair feels shinier, and my nails are stronger. These are good value for money to improve ones health during the trying to conceive portion of pregnancy.

No taste/aftertaste, from a credible brand
My partner and I are planning for a baby so I was looking for something to help. I came across these after doing a bit of research on which vitamins were recommended, so I thought I would try this out. Since I've only been taking for a few days, I can only comment that there is no aftertaste and no noticeable dude effects and the product seems credible to continue using. Will likely need to edit later to confirm that a baby pops out!
