After a knee replacement I needed an ice pack to cover my whole leg. I use the cloth covered side on the top of my leg and then use the vinal side on the bottom of my leg. It works out well. I highly recommend it for hip or knee replacements. Would be nice if it would stay cold longer.

This ice pack was perfect after my knee surgery. It helped relive some pain in my knee. The Velcro straps made a difference so i could still walk with it on. The ice stayed cold for about 30 minutes perfect amount of time

Okay first you should know that I'm only 5 ft 4 in tall so these are plenty big on me. I had some extra straps at home and so I put extra straps around them. I have chronic Venus insufficiency and in the middle of vein treatment which leaves my legs swollen and painful. I can only walk for a couple hours at a time. I put these in the freezer for about 5 hours and they were frozen but they are still soft. I don't know if I did it right but I put the fabric part on the outside and the not fabric part on the inside because that was the colder part and I think I did that right. They feel amazing so much relief finally. No more moving small gel pack from spot to spot. I could even walk around in these but right now I'm resting I took a quick picture. If you look closely you can see that these are my legs because there are feet at the end of them that's how I know they are my legs haha. Anyway I really do think this will be just fine for anybody. If you are about 5 ft 4 or under they will come up to your mid thigh. I'm so glad I have these. When I wake in the night and I hurt I can just wrap one of these around me from the freezer and go back to sleep thank goodness. A person can only take so much pain medication you know. I hope this was helpful. The quality is Top Notch the straps are velcro and they stick to themselves they don't stick to the gel packs by the way but that's just fine. This is one of the best purchases I ever made. You only get one please note but I did purchase too which is why you see me with two of them on my elevated legs. I hope this has been helpful. They do take up a significant amount of space in the freezer but they fold flat so think of it as like putting Kleenex boxes together and that's about the amount of space they take up in the freezer. I hope you get these and I hope you get relief because you deserve it everyone deserves relief.

This works well for it's intended purpose but just so you know it does not wrap completely around the leg like it shows. But I have a big leg too so may fit better for you but it would have a hard time fitting around a little childs leg who is maybe 12 years old. Also, the top does not have gel in it. The last two rungs at the top are flat no gel.

So far, I really like Relief Expert's cold pack wrap. I've been using it for a few weeks and it stays cold but doesn't get stiff so molds to my leg. With osteoarthritis in my hip and knee this has been great in easing the chronic pain. I'm 5'3", 156 lbs and it fits from my hip to halfway down my shin with wide sturdy velcro straps that are comfortable and easy to adjust.

Super convenient for icing several ligaments at once. However; does not stay cold for long whatsoever

This is incredible! I had a knee replacement and I really needed something to cover my whole leg. It was incredibly comfortable and easy to use.

This is a well constructed product that works very well for my tendonitis. My leg is too big to be completely enclosed in the wrap, but it does cover at least half of my thigh - and that's enough to reduce the inflammation around the tendon in my leg. One side has a kind of velvet texture that allows you to wrap the leg without the use of a towel, used to prevent freezing the skin too much. It seems to work well.Cited as a negative in some reviews, I actually like that the gel loses it's extreme cold nature in about 20 to 30 minutes; my doc said to watch leaving ice on too long. It remains cool for quite a bit longer, but not ice cold after that 20 to 30 minutes.
