Really really nice, though the wrench could be thicker
I bought these because Lee oring lock rings suck (at least when used with a Hornady bushing set) and Hornady and rcbs lock rings are way overpriced. These are really nice! They hold well and are a GREAT value. My only complaint is with the wrench, but it's minor. The wrench is kinda thin. It does it's job well, but I can see it bending. It also should have a hole in it so it can be hung from a peg board. I drilled one in mine for this reason. I really love these, I will be buying more MCJ parts in the future!

Good adjustment in tight quarters.
I always end up fighting with rings on my progressive presses - the dies are close together, limiting the amount of room for a wrench. The simple nuts (Dillon) don't stay tight and the set-screw nuts (RCBS, CH4D, Hornady, etc) can't be tightened in such confined spaces. Enter these great rings! They're not so great that adjustment is effort-free, but they are quite a bit easier to use than any of the aforementioned. Two gripes: the wrench seems like a complete piece of cheap garbage - it hasn't let me down, it just doesn't inspire confidence. The split-screw (to tighten the ring in place) isn't the best solution, as it doesn't always end up in a reachable position. A couple of set-screws (ala RCBS) might be a better solution. The latter gripe is pretty negligible since I can finally tighten the nut adequately! I bought a set and put them on my '650. After doing so, I immediately ordered another set to use on my '1050.

Love these locks
Ordered these despite reviews saying the tightening screws were weak and things like that. They work awesome for me. You don't need to crank them down. Snug them up a little and away ya go. You might have to readjust your dies due to thickness of the lock ring itself, as they are a bit thicker then the factory ring for RCBS dies. Overall, love these. And I'll be sure to get more when I order dies. Oh, and the little case they get shipped in is also a nice touch from McJ Tools.

Stripped Aluminum Ring with Set screw
It is not possible to cinch the lock rings tight enough to hold their position on a standard Dillon die. Aluminum rings strip out easily or set screws weren't long enough. 2 rings failed. Its a Steel screw in aluminum housing. Very difficult to get the little wrench for tightening the ring down on a 5 station tool head. PITA. Unable to easily tighten the nuts on the tool head to be snug. I don't have confidence in them. Returned. Sticking with the RCBS steel die lock nut with steel set screw. RCBS has a nice wrench for their lock rings also. That makes a big difference. I'll give the new Lee ultimate Rings a try some day. Pass on these.

Great lock rings
Small footprint lock rings that worked perfectly. Handy wrench to snug but, not over tighten is a plus too.

Very nice
These locking rings are a massive upgrade over the garbage ones that come with RCBS dies. They easily lock tight, and come with a wrench. If I had one complaint, it'd be that they come in sets of 3. I bought the set of 6 offered, but have 3 sets of 3 dies. Would buy again.

MADE IN CANADA
High quality, perfect machinning and finish, far superior than RCBS or Redding lock rings. Even the packaging is above average. Very good product. Manufactured in Canada.
