Not worth the money.!
This item consists of a cheap piece of plastic that is not clear with sharp edges that scratch your eyelid if bumped during the night. The eye side is lined with a thin strip of fine hole foam which feels ok but it's only held on with a thin strip of double face tape which cannot keep the foam in place during the night so the plastic gets stuck to your brow or lid. Then this flimsy contraption is fastened to your head with the same thin strand of elastic that is used to hold on party hats. During the night I have found this moisture chamber on my brow, forehead, top of my head, buried in the sheets and on the floor doing me no good at all. When I think about how much I paid for this item that is worth a couple of dollars I become livid. Why am I trying to wear these chambers at night? Because my ophthalmologist told me to. I am now looking for something more stable and sturdy. I am going to try swim goggles and/or an eye cup next.I DO NOT RECOMMEND this item if you are going to move your body while using.

Incredibly low quality, poor fit, awful value.
We purchased these moisture chambers for my mother who developed Bell's palsy and could not blink one eye. These things probably cost approximately $0.10 to make with labor included, but are being sold in this package of 4 for almost $40. Even at $0.10 a pop, I'm not sure I would buy them again. They were essentially useless due to thoroughly failing at the task they were designed to accomplish.* The large size is evidently for a person with a very large head. My mother, being "only" 5'4", had so much slack in the elastic band that I had to cut and tie it back together with a smaller diameter.* In addition to the above, the flimsy elastic band causes the shield to be very easily nudged out of place even when tightened to the point of discomfort.* The clear plastic shield portion is basically just that: a thin, easily-scratched piece of clear vinyl.* The foam cup that rests on the face appears to be some sort of polyethylene foam. It doesn't flex much. In conjunction with the vinyl shield, the entire apparatus is far too rigid to contour to the wearer's face. As a result, it doesn't make an effective seal, and thus fails at its own purpose.* The positioning of the elastic band makes it difficult to wear, because it ends up needing to wrap around pretty close to the wearer's other eye in order to sit securely. More than once, my mother woke up in the middle of the night with the band rubbing her eyelid and the cup completely dislodged from where it needed to be.We ended up discontinuing these after a few nights. They are completely worthless and shockingly expensive for how poorly-designed and non-functional they are. Save your money and simply get a decent quality night-time ointment instead.
