I've been using Stone Stopper for about 4 months at their recommend dose. I have not had a kidney stone during this time. However, I have to point out a possible side effect of this product. I recently had the results come back from blood work which showed an elevated amount of potassium (outside the recommended range). This may/may not be the cause but I have blood tested every 3-4 months and this is a new occurrence since I've been taking Stone Stopper. I'm not sure if I should lower the dose or stop taking it completely...I will consult my doctor.

I have reviewed this before it is awesome. My urologist calls me a stone Factory. He had precise prescribed potassium citrate which is prohibitively expensive and not covered by my insurance. I came across this and started using it and it worked as well as if not better than the potassium citrate. I have shared this with my urologist and he recommends it for patients that can't afford the potassium citrate. I have been taking this for 2 years now, maybe more, and have not had a stone issue.

If you have kidney stones, my urologist recommended this to me. There is a prescription for double the amount he says that does the same thing, but he recommended Stone Stopper. Same ingredients as prescription for 50% less money. Take 4 a day. Great value.

This product, if working properly, will have no effects. Meaning it is supposed to stop kidney stones. Tough to measure the absence. Will it last 1 year? Two? Ten?Who knows? I hope my urologist is correct!
