I got this because my other lights had exposed bulbs and of course the first thing all the kids want to do is go state directly at the light bulbs. I thought this would be a good solution and it worked out perfectly. They throw out a lot of light, even with the covers on, and the photos come out great and evenly lit.

Really great lighting for "work from home" and "remote school" and whatever other reasons for video conferencing. I'm always the best lit (and in the most flattering light if set up correctly lol) in zoom conferences. This product specifically is unique because 99% of the lighting sets on amazon are rectangular; this octagonal setup is an even bigger light source. Very easy to use. The different color temperatures are nice because you can use it to match existing lighting. (for example, if used with indoor lighting, the warm color temp matches. If used as fill light for sun light, use the cool temp.) But don't expect the color temp to make things as different as product photos, because your webcam will auto-white balance.

The light is good, but the tripod is not very sturdy.

I love you so soft box lights. I travel with them as a photographer, and they are very convenient to use.

They are decent lights for the price. They are a bit flimsy not very sturdy. But they are bright, I like that you can change the warmth of the light. and that it comes with a remote.

Seriously would recommend this to anyone. Stands are a little flimsy though than your typical c stand

I received this kit with 2 defective light bulbs. Both were extremely dim and constantly flickering. Only about half of the remote control commands worked. The lights are very cheap plastic. The only good thing was the way it was packaged. Everything was individually wrapped. That was nice until I had to box it all back up to return it. I wanted to just throw it all in the box and send it back but I chose the high road and spend 15 minutes wrapping everything back up the way it came.
