Great product
Very pleased with the freezer it’s much taller than I expected probably because I didn’t check the dimensions as I knew they’d be enough room for it. To give you some idea my wife is 5’5” tall and can’t get into the top drawer. Definite 5 star would recommend to anyone the extra insurance through the makers is only £3.30 a month too.

Brilliant freezer.
This is a great freezer, good quantity fast delivery. I love it 😊. The door is vert tight, so you have to hold it with one hand and pull with the other.

Tall freezer
Ordered this on line and had no problem. Installation was straight forward. If I’ve a criticism it’s there is no light to let you know it’s on. Other than that it’s a good freezer

Doesn't work
Brought this doesn't work- asked for a replacement denied have to wait 14 days once they have received it back before my 14 days return.Immensely upset as it is a upgrade freezer and my current freezer is being collected in 3 days. So over £300 worth if food is going to wasted.Thanks a bunch!2 children's food for a month is frozen and will be ruined.

Hard to open.
I liked the style of this freezer ut I found it very difficult to open. The door suction was so strong that I had to hold the side of the unit with one hand and pull the handle with the other hand, or it would tip forward which could be dangerous. Unfortunately I had to arrange for it to be returned. I firstly contacted Ice king about this but they didn't seem very helpful at all so spoke to a lovely lady at Amazon who arranged the return for me. Would not recommend Ice king freezers if you are not very strong.
