Each pack has 1 'foot pad', so you need to buy a few, one for each point which meets the rack and the floor. I bought 4 in total, 2 for the bass drum, and 2 for the 2 legged hihat. Under the foot pedals I have the other big pads, which are pretty decent

Q: Can someone explain the difference between the boards vs the pads? They look identical

The pictures are confusing! NE-1 are the round footpads that go directly under the legs of a stand, so you will need 3 for a tripod, or 4 for something like the drum shown in the picture. The NE-10 are the large rectangular pads you see under the foot pedal. They work pretty well together but probably the NE-10 under the foot pedal is going to be the most important to get first if you are concerned about downstairs neighbors.

Here’s the thing its expensive and doesnt fit all feet amd its only 1 Per pack for 25 dollars. I returned it.

yes, these are quite heavy. that being said, they do work and stay in place.
