I like the chiller very much the product is great tool for my bar,chill mugs in about 6 seconds,cold glass is necessary before we pour the wineDoes not take much space and with a small 10lb or 20lb tank you can move it around. It is insanely good at the pool.the led color change is a nice design,it make my customers interested,the silver body is easy to clean and the chiller is easy to use the only one i donnot like is the length of gas pipe,i think it should be longer maybe,it just about 78inchMake sure you get a CO2 tank with a siphon.If your chiller is taking 1 minute to cool off/frost the glass you are out of CO2 or your tank has no siphon tube.The chiller can continually be in used and won't freeze up. i will buy another one for my friend as a gift,he has a beer ba

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This thing is a complete POS. We went to install the unit and it worked for about a week. After that it kept leaking through the discharge valve. We lost a $70 tank of gas overnight.

The media could not be loaded. We had to costume make the mounti g but it was only 4 long bolts. It is perfect now

I have a small family resort on the St. Johns River. Our Bar features craft cocktails. Our Expresso Martini is very popular. Our customers not only like to have it prepared with a frosty glass, the presentation starts the demand for more. The design is simple and very reliable. It is very important that you have source for CO2 and that the 20 # tank has a siphon tube. This product uses liquid CO2 not gas.

This product was perfect for our high-end basement bar renovation. It works well and chills the glass quickly. We bought this for our home bar and it's awesome!! It chills glasses perfectly and is also a conversation piece and had no idea how exceptional a product it is! All my beers are now frosty cold and make each drink so much tastier. Easier to set up and has excellent customer service.

We bought this for our pint glasses at our restaurant. It works, but it takes much longer than advertised to chill the glasses. Since we have to use 20# co2 cylinders with dip tubes,, I'm guessing we'd need to change/fill the tank every 200-250 pints.
