Hello, I bought a Cricut Maker 3 from your company, and unfortunately, when I received it, it was a defective product. None of the items were in the box. All the serial numbers had been erased from the device. I was able to find the serial number through the system. After talking to Cricut support, they said that we had already retired this device, but your subsidiary store sold it as a new product. This is an example of fraud and scam. Considering that this device was sent to a third country, some time has passed since then and the return date has passed. I followed up again about a month ago, but no one responded. Considering the large amount of money I spent, I ask you to properly handle it and fine that store because I was hurt both financially and professionally. It has been about a month since I was able to fulfill all my orders and I have really suffered financial losses. I ask you to either give me a new device or refund the money I paid.

It arrived in just 2 weeks at a good price compared to local stores😍 Advice for anyone looking to buy a Cricut for a small business is to get this machine from the start, the creativity is truly limitless 😍 I got the Joy Extra 4 months ago, it's great too but it doesn't compare to the maker 3. Thanks to the seller and thanks a lot to Amazon🫡🌸

Ich hatte im Vorfeld schon einen Plotter jedoch andere Marke, jedoch der Cricut Maker ist eine andere Sache. Perfektion in jeder Hinsicht, schneidet gut aus, ist nicht zu laut und auch schnell bei den Arbeitschritten die Software das ist einfach zu bedienen. Das Ultimate Paket ist perfekt da man alles zum Starten dabei hat.

Ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden mit diesem Angebotsset. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das mitgelieferte Materialpaket. Die Vinylfolien sind wirklich richtig lang und man kann damit sehr viele Projekte verwirklichen. Installation und Inbetriebnahme liefen ohne Probleme.
