Awesome Little Snails!
These bladder snails arrived happy and healthy! They’re thriving in my studio.

infested my tank with planaria (worms)
first of all, half the order was dead on arrival. second I now have a worm infestation. I have had no new additions or changes except for these snails. yesterday I noticed a massive amount of planaria in my tank. I am not new to this hobby, I have several tanks and luckily this is isolated to one. I would avoid this.

Very nice
Snails arrived box was damp on the bottom so I was worried opened them up and they were fine. There were 2 extra Snails in the order but 1 died the rest are doing awesome. Hopefully they will be happy enough to get breeding. Very happy with my order and will definitely order again if needed ☺️

smaller than expected
I was a little worried after reading some other reviews that they might not arrive alive. I saw they shipped on June 11th so when they arrived on the 18th I expected them to be dead after being in an envelope for 7 days. All but one were alive so that was great. They were not as described as far as size though. Most of them were super tiny, not even close to 1/8". I bought them to feed my puffers and they're used to the snails being a little bigger so I hope these are enough for them. One negative about the purchase is the way they shipped them in the envelope. There was no indication on the envelope to the mail carrier that there were live snails in there. They were left in my mailbox on a 90+ degree day. Luckily my neighbor was home and they were able to go take them out of the mailbox because it was hours before I got home from work and they surely would have been dead from the heat.

Arrived alive. One dead...fish attack not result from shipping. Very sad.
When they arrive the box was hot. More than likely the mail truck. I took a plastic container with some tank water and opened the bag and poured them into it. They seemed alive, some moving. I was watching one little one less then give minutes ago and saw an emperor tetra come by and eat it; grabbed it, shook it and ripped it from its shell...very sad and distressing. I have not seen the rest, so I have no idea if the are alive or in the belly of the other fishes. I have ordered 40 more so hopefully they will all survive. I think I am slightly traumatized at seeing that sweet little snail not even last in the aquarium 24 hours. I hope it was fast and not too painful for the poor thing. RIP little one.😪

live arrival extremely slim
1st order of snails arrived late and all but 3 were dead. the 3 later died the same day. The replacement order also arrived late and i received another 10 empty snail shells (aka dead snails) in murky water. Don't recommend buying unless you plan on making a shell bracelet.

Smashed
I expected them to be tiny, that's what the description says. But, who would put a bag of snails and water into a padded envelope? They look like they went through some kind of machine. Package was wet, water was gone, and snails were dead.
