Our old phones were black and I was always putting a phone down and then trying to find it. I liked the price point and the expandability of these phones but I am definitely happy that they are silver not black. Much easier to locate. I also added an extra phone because I wanted to have a phone in the garage. I purchased a headset that plugs into the phone so I could talk on the phone while using both hands. Very handy when trying to fold towels, dice veggies, look up something on Amazon, etc. My sisters and I like to chat on the phone and now I can still get things done while talking. So much better than before. There's a button for easily blocking calls. Just press the button! We have eliminated a lot of annoying "anonymous" calls. Glad we purchased this brand. I did read other reviews on Amazon before I bought these and was glad for the tips on a headset and extra phone.

Bought this to add to a KX-TGE475S set. Should have bought the set with 5 extensions to begin with, but glad to be able to add more this way. Like this phone system very much and not much to say about a single extension which matches all the others. Obviously it's pricey to buy compared to the set of one within the set of four, but we felt it worth having a uniform performance on all extensions, rather than getting a cheaper "compatible" Panasonic extension.

It is ok for what it sells for.

Will not link to TGE475 system using manual on instruction provided on line. Technical support is non existant though you can submit a request, which will be ignored.

I dislike that Flash feature it doesn't work like suppose to. If you have a called coming in you lose both calls. Your older phone use to work just fine. I liked I can hear my call clearer only had a few calls I couldn't hear what they were saying to me. That does need improvement. Otherwise I liked the phone. Thank you, Debbie Ronyak

I received my phone promptly. I had previously ordered the phone set with 3 phones and soon realized I needed a 4th one. As with the others, this phone was packaged perfectly. It would take a lot of mishandling to damage these phones in shipping. Also the phone synced up with the others very easily with just a few strokes. These are terrific phones. I love the Bluetooth feature that lets me use the home phone to answer my cell phone . So convenient. I’ve used Panasonic phones for years and it was time for an upgrade.

The unit is easily comparable with the five phone system I originally purchased. Very simple to connect, charge and assign to the system as phone #6. We have three floors and a covered deck that all get great reception with this system. Make sure your phone type number matches with description.
