This is by no means a high end gaming monitor. What it is though, is an amazing productivity monitor. It’s very well built, has a built in usb 3.0 hub, and is super adjustable. It was simple to set up and seems to be a lot better built than other monitors at this price. Overall, this monitor is a great value for office use and handles everything I need it to very well. Dell’s display manager is also nice, as it remembers my settings in case of a power outage. It can also apply setting from your monitor to other Dell monitors that you’re using. (I know for sure the same model number will allow settings to be copied, but I think you can also transfer settings to most dell monitors using this as well) I adjusted the colors to better match my other two monitors because they couldn’t quite match the stock configuration that this monitor ships with. However, this monitor has decent colors right out of the box. It wouldn’t be the best for photo editing, but text is very clear and doesn’t ghost like many of the cheaper monitors I have used. If you’re using windows, make sure to set up clear type text for the monitor in settings to make sure that the text looks the best it can.

I’ve used this monitor 5 days a week for the last 3 years and I don’t have a single complaint. Good value for the money I spent screen size is great it’s compatible with both pc and Mac, quality is nice and it functions like any top of the line monitor. Highly recommend this monitor for work use I can’t say how it is for gaming.

It is well known that the color management of dell displays is the best. I am a designer, and the main reason I chose this monitor is its excellent color, which makes me very excited. In addition, the high refresh rate makes me have a great gaming experience in my spare time. If you want to buy a design monitor, this is your first choice. I also want to point out that this is super easy to set up, and it does rotate to the vertical position.

I had one from work and wanted a second one to match so I bought the same kind. It works really well. Great purchase.

The ON LED is at the bottom and is supper small so unless sitting next to monitor it is hard to know if it is on (and asleep).There is joystick type thing on the back for settings and works really poorly. I spend more time messing up settings then changing them.There is also very little bezel around it and I don't like it. I wish it was thicker as in current form it seems to be messing with my eyes a bit.There seems to be need to fix something about the way it displays but I am not sure what that is and playing with settings I can only make it worse. Still it seems to be somewhat minor and after 1 day of usage monitor it appears to be good value for the money

You want these for work, to give out to people, largely better than the much cheaper ones by virtue of the stand. You can get a similar quality out of lots of cheaper monitors. But these come with the very sturdy stand so your employees can all generally fit things in without stacking up reams of paper or whatever. They are generally a little more solidly built than the cheap-o monitors. I gave up trying to save $100. The stand alone is worth half that if you try to replace it, and half the really cheap monitors won't even mount on a VESA stand. They don't have the holes.

I‘m working from home so my employer provided one of these monitors. I liked it so much that I bought a second one myself and makes my work life a whole lot easier. Love the quality, nice and bright and so clear, really easy on my eyes.
