My wife loves Haru Haru products! She follows Ashley Mixon on TikTok and saw that Haru Haru toners were recommended. She started with this toner and later added the milky toner and some other Haru Haru products. This toner has a more watery consistency, while the milky toner provides extra moisture. Using both together is perfect. No breakouts, no scent, and excellent quality.

The only downside is plastic bottle.. (one star off) otherwise it would be perfect .. moisturizes well, especially if to put 2 coats .. I don’t use cotton disks or anything , I literally splash a bit on my face right from the bottle after washing my face and wait until it penetrates and then depending on the dryness of my skin I can apply another coat (just little splash) or just finish with the same brand moisturizing cream.. always finish it with the cream to trap that moisture in .. non toxic and no fragrance is most important!I used to buy Japanese tonics and premier skincare, they are more moisturizing but those on amazon are with parabens and phtalates .. disrupt all your hormones.. I see the difference for myself when I switch to cleaner household and skincare products .. this brand is very cheap compared to high-end Japanese brands that I used to order from Japan but it’s clean and effective! . (again, I wish they would sell it all in glass)
