First of let me start by saying I bought one of these 11 months ago and it wasn't this bad. One ball stripped because of regular cleaning. I received my new one and there are visible machine defects on the end of the barbell, the balls do not sit flush nor feel like they thread in evenly. For any one using this for a PA I would say don't bother, because of it not sitting flush it's not very hygenic. I will say the quality of the steel is good and the shipping was fast and the balls are good size. All of these photos were taken and the balls were tightened as tight as I could.

Very poor quality. as some others say, the balls to not fit snug against the barbell. There is a gap that could breed bacteria and could snag on your skin. It also looks like the balls might not even be lined up correctly with a curved barbell or the barbell itself isnt curved correctly to line up with the balls. I didnt expect it to be amazing but I also didnt think it would be this bad. Do not buy these at all.

Usable.There's a slight gap between the ball and the bar that pinches sometimesThat gap causes it to get pretty gross pretty quick. End up having to clean it out really frequently.It also was shorter than the length i ordered.If you need something asap, like i did, this works, just get a size up and don't plan on having it for long

while it was the appriate size at least, the barbell itself had several blemishes that irritated my piercing.If that weren't enough by itself, the threads on the balls are very poor quality and do not thread in very well, there is a gap between the ball and the barbell, and so few threads actually engage that it only takes half a turn to unscrew it. It came undone on it's own twice in one day, once in my sleep and was out for long enough I had to taper in the next smaller size. I could have lost the piercing if I didn't have the tools to address it!Dont buy this!
