So pretty!
I love these. I am torn because they are pricy, but they really are like little works of art that you get to eat. I bought a different brand of refills, but they are not nearly as neat and tidy. Ugh. I'm just going to have to deal with the cost savings somewhere else. These are the best.

Hard to Grow and Overpriced
2/3 of the seeds did not sprout and they started to mold after the 10th day. Complete waste of money and time. I also thought it was extremely overpriced for the quantity and quality of the product. A ceramic pot should not be worth $40 extra and 3 packs of defective seeds shouldn't be $40. It would be cheaper buying this at a local Home Depot.

Microgreens? No. Macro-SMELL? YES!
We really wanted to like this product as it looks super easy and we love our microgreens. Unfortunately, the product fails in every aspect. We tried twice, following all the instructions and watching the videos. Both times, barely anything sprouted and both times, the whole thing started smelling like rotting fish within a few days - gross! Returned to Amazon.

Expensive, flawed and TERRIBLE customer service
I'm convinced this company is a scam. The tray is just that. A tray. The seed quilts are expensive and finicky with instructions that are specifically written in a complex way so when you have poor results, customer service can mansplain why it is your fault. They have a drastically different return policy than almost everything else on Amazon because inevitably users will have a bad experience but the return window has already lapsed before you have a chance to "prove to them with pictures" that the product is faulty.
