Great product. Don't take if you have thyroid issues.
This product made a difference in my hair. It had a better texture and seemed fuller. The price was great and shipping was fast. HOWEVER, I had a very abnormal TSH thyroid test after being on this for a month. The quality of the biotin is great and it deserves 5 stars, but people with thyroid issues should not take biotin.

Stronger and Whiter Nails
I’ve been taking these for about a month and what I noticed immediately was that my nails became whiter and stronger. I have brittle nails because I do my own gel manicures often. My nails have been strong and noticeably whiter on the tips. My hair seems shinier with less shedding . I haven’t switched up hair products and I don’t really add much heat to it. All things considered I do believe these work well.

It works!
Started using these 3 months ago and am already seeing a significant difference. I had been losing hair due to anemia and was seeing significant thinning around my hairline, as well as a lot of breakage. The center of my hairline had a round thinning area that was very noticeable. My temples were receding and thinning quite a bit. I found it embarrassing that my bare scalp was getting more and more noticeable.After 3 months I am happy with the wonderful beginnings of thicker hair. I plan on continuing these for as long as needed. You need to know they do take a while to build up and work, and they must to be take religiously. The great thing is that they are super easy to swallow and easy to take. Can't wait to see what happens in the next few months!
