How much d3 in IU is present in each strip as somewhere you are mentioning 2500 iu while in other places you are mentioning 400iu?

If your ordering from India it’s 400 IU as per Indian FDA standard for 100% RDA of D3 and in the USA it is 2500IU

Too much vitamin A

Low dose of vitamin D, K which is good and safe to be used for a 30-60 days but has very high dose of vitamin A, fat soluble vitamins generally if we are not treating deficiency but for general wellness then we should always take below 100% RDA, vitamin levels in our body increase very quickly via supplements compared to food and we should be careful because too much can lead to toxicity and health issues.
