Works great to remove etchings on marble countertops
I have a white marble bathroom countertop and two beige bathroom countertops. All three were in bad shape, especially around the sinks. Etchings from makeup, toothpaste, various soap products, and spilled CLR made these countertops look pretty bad. Other than calling in the professionals and spending at least $600 to clean up the mess, I decided to give MB Stone MB-11 a try. The bad news is it takes a lot of rubbing using significant force to remove the stains on the countertops. The etching made by the CLR were the hardest to remove. It took multiple times applying the compound to a moist rag and rubbing the etching to remove the stains. The good news is this product saved the day. Following the directions, I was able to remove all the etchings and made the countertops look almost new. It took me the better part of 5 hours to do all three countertops, but it was well worth the effort. I did buy this product from Amazon's warehouse deal for $31, which was a great value. The next project is to seal the countertops, which is needed to prevent future stains. I would highly recommend MB-11 for a DIY project. It is not messy and doesn't require any buffing equipment (just elbow grease). It really works, but it is time-consuming, and I guarantee your hands and fingers will be sore when you are done. The powder goes a long way, I still have 2/3rds of the jar left after completing my project. I have attached a before and after picture of one of the countertops. I would recommend MB-11 and would purchase it again.

MB-11 Etch Remover Works Great!
MB-11 Etch Remover Works! I thought my marble countertop was ruined from etching, so I tried the MB-11 Etch Remover. The kit even comes with a microfiber cloth, which is nice. It takes a good bit of rubbing, but you will see the etched spots disappear. My countertop now is perfect, all the etched spots are gone and it’s polished like glass. I would highly recommend this product.

$45 versus $450 for new granite? Sign me up!
We've been to every granite shop and several different home improvement stores looking for a product that would remove the etching from our granite countertops in our bathroom. Some knucklehead from a cleaning company used toilet-bowl cleaner to clean the surface and unsurprisingly it ate away the seal on the granite and etched the finish. Lowes & Home Depot both told us to buy new granite. The "Helpful Hardware Folks" were not particularly helpful, selling us liquid cleaners that didn't come close to doing the job (don't waste your money). The granite stores all told us "you need new granite." But my wife was resolute that if the granite people polished the stone, there must be a way for us to polish it back to its original state. So she found this product. I thought it was pricey, but as compared to buying two $450 slabs of granite to replace the ruined pieces, it was worth a try. There is a YouTube video on how to use this (just search for "MB11 Touch Up" on YouTube) that shows the use of this product on a piece of marble. We followed these directions explicitly and we couldn't believe our eyes. No etching. You can't tell the polished pieces of granite from brand new now. People who sell granite do not want you to know about this great product, which is why they don't stock it I'm sure. But this stuff is a life-saver and worth every penny. Note, some elbow grease is required to make this product work, but again, I'd put forth the effort again to avoid paying for new rock.

Miracle Worker
About a week after moving into our “forever” home, we had serious buyer’s remorse. We had noticed the marble countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, but didn’t notice the condition of them when we first viewed the home. After moving in, we noticed the etch marks and were adding our own. We spent a small fortune and hired a marble restoration company to polish and seal the kitchen countertops, as they were the worst. Afterwards, the marble looked much better. But the etching continued. I purchased this product out of desperation, and I really didn’t have high expectations. It sat unopened for weeks, until today. This tiny box of powder is a miracle product! I used it in my kitchen and two bathrooms. The etching is gone! The product is easy to use. I applied the powder with a damp white terry cloth, rubbing in small circles. Then I wiped with a clean wet terry cloth and buffed dry with a microfiber cloth. It was so easy! I know new etch marks will contain to appear, no matter how careful I am. However, I can now easily remove them myself. This little jar will last a long time too. We will still replace most of the marble countertops, but it’s not an immediate need now, thanks to this product.

Successfully removed etching marks from marble
I’m really surprised at how well this worked. Someone cleaned my marble with vinegar, causing all kinds of etching lines and cloudy spots that I thought would not come out. I thought the marble was pretty much ruined. This takes a little bit of elbow grease, but I would say that it removed about 90 to 95% of the etching marks and cloudy spots. I’m really thrilled.

Well it works ..... but......
So .... after a few attempts and a lot of research....this does work. However....I’m now hesitant to use it on small etching spots. I have found it extremely difficult to keep the MB-11 in one small spot. When you rub it in, you naturally rub around the spot - not just right in the middle of it so then the outside of the spot needs rubbed cause you’ll just cause more etching if you don’t, then so on and so on. It’s hard to find a stopping place. The MB-11 is so fine that it just goes everywhere no matter how hard I try to keep it in a small section. It’s so fine that you can’t see it spread. I think I would only use this if I need to do a bigger section OR need to get a bad obvious stain out of it. But next time I’m using a buffer instead of doing it by hand. It takes A LOT of elbow grease and muscle to use. Like I was sweating just doing a small spot. So it does work but it seemed to create more work for me and more spots to buff. I also followed the directions to a T and tried it several times. Good luck.

Plan To Use Some Elbow Grease But It Works
A cut orange somehow sat on the floor overnight and created this etching. I did not have super high hopes that this was going to prevent us from needing to get a very expensive repair done to our floor, but I figured I’d give it a try. It is a real small container of powder, but you really don’t need very much. I followed the directions exactly and just made as many passes until my arms were too tired to do anymore. When it dried, the etching looked a lot better. It still isn’t perfect, but it sure isn’t noticeable and I don’t think anybody would realize there was a flaw there now. I will probably do another pass at it and see if I can get it even better.

Does EXACTLY what is says!
In a cleaning frenzy I left a bottle of bleach on a marbled surface, I couldn’t un-see it and thought I’d ruined the surface with this etch. It was driving me nuts. Until I did a little research and discovered this miracle product. With very little effort it had vanished. 100% worth every cent. Please don’t be discouraged by negative reviews. THIS ABSOLUTELY WORKS! See my before and after pic. Just purchased a second tub for relatives who have tried everything else and have been quoted thousand$ for repair jobs from professionals. My tip…. Do it yourself and don’t get scammed into thinking it’s irreparable. Thank you to whoever invented this. Your degree was worth it. ONE VERY HAPPY AND RELIEVED CUSTOMER HERE 🙌🏻

SAVED my marble vanity
This stuff SAVED my new white marble bathroom vanity. I stupidly used windex and Lysol to give it a wipe down, probably more than once, and notice a couple weeks ago it was dull looking with what looked like dried up water spots. So I took a damp cloth and wiped again, it did not shine and those “water spots” remained. After a deep dive on google a realized I “etched” the surface with cleaning products. I know bare minimum about any of this (clearly) but read some reviews and instructions on a few products and this one seemed the easiest and also promising. Well it was easy, used it according to directions but I used a regular cloth because I don’t have a microfibre one and it worked beautifully anyway. My counter is now shiny and “spot” free. I’m going to apply a sealer now and buy a pH neutral cleaner to use on it from now on! I attached pictures (it’s hard with all white) to show the dullness and “spots” before and shiny and new after.

Awesome! Etch stains really go off after scrubbing it.
I have watched a few Youtube etch stain removal video before buying the product. It works really well! For larger stain, you might have to work a few rounds to remove it flawlessly. Overall, very satisfied with the product! Remember to keep your gloves on while scrubbing, I was too excited with the result and forget to put my glove back after feeling the smooth surface, I had accidentally continue to scrub without my glove and my fingers felt pretty itchy after that. The etch remover is awesome, just don't do silly thing like me.

Only thing that works
I bought this coffee table with High Hopes, but instead next day, I saw water rings on it. I could not return it and had to live with spill marks for months. I just didn't know what to do at this point.. and I checked out mini product and I didn't have any hopes on this one. I just thought that my money would go to waste but he look at the before and after pictures and you'll understand what I'm saying this product is magic I did not clean the whole table hundred percent. There were still some visible marks, but I totally don't care about them as long as big marks are gone

It works. My marble bench got a small etch. I used this product to touch up the marble. It worked. The itch has been removed.
