They taste just right but have a strong smell but im guessing thats from all the codliver oil together !! The size of the codliver is perfect and the size is great too for swallowing. I always find a diffrence in the vitamin side , that its great for any aches and pains. Great effectiveness and last a long time. Great for skin teeth and nails and bones!! Great item and value for money, but unfortunately they got squashed and all stuck together and several ripped as I was trying to separate them with cod liver oil leaking all over the kitchen work surface ! Probably lost just under a third of the tablets. Would buy again except for the fact that this may happen again.

Have been using these for ages now. Only need one of these instead of 2. Helps with joints - i have patella tendinitis and i take these along with glucosamine and Chrondotine mix and I swear by it. Easy to swallow as smooth shelled. Not too big. Very effective.

Took these as was having pain in my hip, tried others before with no effect, so thought I'd try these, within a few weeks pain had gone, I finished the pack didn't bother ordering more as have had no more pain but after a month of not taking them pain has started to come back. So have ordered more as I know these work for me, and they are reasonably priced.

I would highly recommend cod liver oil if you have any knee pain or and joint pain.After a few weeks it fixed my knee that I took it for and my ankle problem that I had for over 10 years. So I knew it was the tablets that did it and not just coincidence.
