So I ordered from these guys on a bit of a Gambit. I was sure that they were going to be dead or have some bad water or something however, when I got them I was pleasantly surprised to find that to start off with everybody was alive. They snails were healthy and fully grown bladder snails. Already trying to breed and there was 3 blotches of eggs in the bag even after removing the snails. The bag was triple bagged so there was no leakage. It took a little longer then I hoped to get here but it turned out alright.

2nd time ordering thru this company. First time was fine, no signature needed, all snails alive. This time a signature was needed and I had to leave quarantine to get the snails at the post office since post carriers won't knock on doors during a pandemic.. anyways all the snails were dead and the water smelled terrible. I will be requiring a refund

All snails alive and well! Very happy that there are all different sizes as well. Perfect for feeding our puffers.

Item arrived a few days late. Miraculously even though they were traveling for more than a week, all snails were alive. They are doing their job eating the algae. The only complaint is that they got stuck for a few days in California mid way through their journey and I was worried they would all be dead. It was also a little weird that I could not track them until they got to California. All it said for almost a week was that they had been shipped.

I don’t usually give bad reviews but I feel inclined to do so. They arrived late and a lot of them dead. The seller sent more after making me put them out of the black water into a cup and provide proof. Don’t buy these snails if you’re using them to feed your fish. They had parasites and killed my beautiful puffers.

Have had 3 shipments. Clean, all large and alive. Disregard old reviews. This seller really has stepped up their game. I wish I could breed them like they do.

The snails were crudely packed in two plastic bags. The water inside the bags was hot due to the temperature outside. I'd recommend the seller to at least wrap the interior of the box in which the snails came in with aluminum foil to protect the snails from harmful temperatures. Remarkably all the snails were alive, which is why I left a 3 star rating.

Both of my purchases from seller have been flawless, quick shipping and all snails were alive and had extra.
