Yes,it can be adjustable from 55.1" to 96.5" wide and 39.4" to 96.5" height. So a 60"*72" banner with sleeves will work. Thanks.

Q: What size pockets will I need for these poles?

Pockets? I'm not sure what you mean by pockets. The poles are around 1" outside diameter if you're looking to thread them through a sleeve sewn into the top or bottom of a banner. I secure mine to the stand via grommets and either zip ties or elastic ties to the top and sides. The pictures of the stand in the listing that have banners show the methods of securing them.
