Hopefully don't have to use these a lot obviously but it's a necessity to have in the gym for the occasional bump and bruises that clients may get. Packed nicely, all the bags were sealed still. Haven't had to use any of them yet but if any issues come up I'll update the review. As of now, good buy for the money it seems.

Ice packs are a little difficult to pop, but as someone wrote that is a good thing so they dont burst in shipping. They last a little more than 10 minutes. I wrapped it in a towel at first but could barely feel the coolness. After a few minutes I unwrapped it and put it directly on my skin (no danger of frostbite). It is not that cold like a reusable ice pack. It does the job. I used them 3 times a day for 2 days for a month old injury and the pain was gone, surprisingly.

I'm not sure if it's an age issue or just how these are. They do keep cold temporarily and work as needed.Wish they were easier to pop..

I bought these for our football org. My son used one after having his hand injured during a game. While they did get cold they didn’t get too cold. I think the ones from Walgreens worked much quicker and longer than these but they work in a pinch. Nice they don’t get over cold so that they are safe for youth or those sensitive to extreme cold. They aren’t hard to get ready and the fit great in the med kits.

This product does work. I am not weak but to squeeze to get this to work I could not do. I had to step on the packet to get it to work. Cold lasted a decent amount of time. I didn't find it extremely cold, but okay regardless.

These are great for taking on the road with me but I wish they stayed cold longer and were a little bigger.

I live in the middle of no where and keep some in my SUV and boats and camper.

I only rated as a one star as you have to at least put one. My true impression is ZERO stars. The first few we tried we could not even pop. After trying a couple more we eventually got it to pop but then they leaked. Out of 25 that were tried, 2 actually popped without issues and leaking but they were only cold for 2 minutes. Absolutely useless!!! These will definitely not be useful for companies/schools that use cold paks on a regular basis (ie medical field) These should be taken off the market. I would like my money back!

Bought these for the football team. Nice to have the quantity on hand as we use them often. They can be a bit of a challenge to break the inner bag but we found given them a twist made it easy. They do not stay cold long, maybe 5 minutes max. God enough for our needs and based on the price we can give the kids a few back to back if needed. More of a bandaid effect if you know what I mean. Anything more serious, would require a bag of proper ice at home.Great purchase

Price is cheap.Size is ok, enough for normal use.Good for relief pain when injure.
