Love the carrying case. Super easy to check my tongue weight!

Right out of the plastic box was evidence of fluid leakage. I wiped it down and cleaned the plastic carry case, placed the goose ball back inside, set it all aside indoors for a few days. I then opened it again. I found hydraulic fluid leaking and observed a possible leak point from a weld line. I’m going to try towing with it and see if it leaks upright when installed. I’m not new to Weigh Safe. I like the ability to verify weight distribution on hitch. I expect them all to leak at some point. They offer a seal rebuild kit at no charge. Just kind of a hassle to repair.

My brother who has 2 WeighSafe hitches has been telling me for a couple years now that I should get one so I ordered this.1). Case is cracked on the inside where the ball sits (whatever)2) Missing keys, contacted them and theyre sending some keys under warranty, great, super easy3) ITS MADE IN CHINA! For a company who has this great reputation for being engineered and Made in America to NOT SAY ANYTHING, ANYWHERE on their website about this particular product being made overseas is extremely disappointing. Even their pictures are taken in a way to where you cant see "Made In China" on the sticker. I asked them about it and sent them pictures of it and theyre response was..."Our Goosenecks are engineered in the USA, however this product is manufactured in China. When you see "Made in the USA" over the website this is referring to our Aluminum Ball Mounts."Will I have issues with it....doubt it. If I do, will Weigh Safe take care of it....most likely. But still, c'mon guys do better. Everybody is tired of this junk made overseas.

Excellent gooseneck ball, everyone needs one that gives the tongue weight in real time. But really, who would (should) buy this without the anchor pucks?? And since it is sold without, Amazon/WeighSafe store should sell the pucks, but they don't. This dropped the rating from 5 star to 3 star.

I like that it shows the weight but not worth buying cause of it leaking oil after the first time using it.

This is not the OEM style, it's the BW, completely useless to me after waiting over a week to get it I have to return it so I can buy the proper one from a reputable seller. Since these guys are not.
