I've been having constipation after a hip surgery. And the digestion / metabolism is key for general well being. Besides being aware of what I ate I started taking two capsules per day with food. It's been only a week that I started taking this but my digestive system is working much better and I feel better in general. I found it more complete than the probiotics they sell at the pharmacy. I had tried those before and didn't have luck. Now, who knows, there are a lot of other variables to consider when tackling issues in the digestive system. But it worked for me and if you have digestive issues I recommend to try it. Also it tastes good even by itself.

I have only been taking it for a week. It brought on my cycle a few days into it. It tastes amazing. I don’t suggest mixing it in water. So far I feel good. I don’t have the sharp pain in my stomach. I gave it 4 star for now. I still have bloating. I will check back in in a month or two.

My friend recommended that HMO is good for the intestines. I've tried this product for 2 weeks, and so far I felt that my IBS symptoms have improved and i have to go to the bathroom less frequently throughout the day. I will continue taking the product and hopefully, my gut barrier will recover. and immunity. i go to the bathroom well and feel less located. I think it's helped my immune system too. I recommend you this HMO strongly for your health

Product is very grainy, doesn’t dissolve well, and has a very apparent unfavorable flavor that is NOT masked unless buried in high flavor food. Not buying again.
