Construction of this bag is first rate. I’ve never seen a better built backpack in my entire life. The rolling feature is great because when this is fully loaded it can weigh 40lbs or more. The tool slots seem too big for screwdrivers and too small for scissoring type tools like players. It’s certainly serviceable. Tools in the front, drill/hardware in the back. Highly recommended for professionals who don’t want to leave their tools in the work truck.

I don't like writing early reviews on something that is purchased for longevity, that just dosen't make sense. I purchased the wheeled version of this bag, and it certainly turns heads at a job site. It looks great, people want it, theft concerns are certainly something you'll need to work into your daily.That said, they shipped this product in a see through plastic bag. Imagine, putting a 300 hundred plus dollar bag in a see through bag, to bumped around in shipping and left at the drop off location without signature. Are you insane? Who decided the extra dollar or two was too much for a sterile box?So far, the only thing I dislike about the design is the handle button for extending the handle. Instead of a clasp like design, they used a narrow button that you have to dig your finger into to get it to trigger. No reason for it. This isn't luggage, it's something that's going to be actuated multiple times over the period of an hour, as we move around our site. The button needs to feel fluid not gimmicky.

This company makes great packs. I decided to get this to save my aching back, I carry my laptop plus a bunch of tools as a controls engineer.I just kind of ignored the fact that this weighs 15 pounds by itself, and boy does it make a difference when you have to pick this up fully loaded. The benefit of rolling this through large plants outweighs the times I have to lug it on my back though, so it's still worth it I think. Being able to swap out the panels will come in handy I'm sure. I have a feeling if it were any lighter by itself, it wouldn't be as sturdy. I hope the wheels hold out, but everything on it looks heavy duty.
