Will it kill plants outside?

If you simply rinse the plants of any of the cleaning compound that you may spill on them or that may drip on them when you are cleaning the window, you will not kill them. Do not leave the compound on the plants overnight or for hours, or the pH balance will cause the leaf to brown.

Can this product be used on shower doors that have been coated to avoid spotting?

Brite & Clean is actually one of the recommended formulas suggested for maintenance use by the world's leading glass coating manufacturer. You should know that lightly scrubbing will remove the staining without removing the clear protective coating. If the stains have been accumulating for some time, you may find that the coating is already damaged and no longer working. You would need to use more pressure to scrub in that instance, which would likely reveal clean glass, albeit, without any hydrophobic coating properties left.

Will this work on iron railings?

I have not used it on iron railings . But have used it on surfaces like gas top stoves and areas that has rust in them and works great .

Does this product remove Years of hard water build up (not stains) but actual mineral build up?

The answer is YES, it does remove both corrosion/etching (years of exposure) and build-up too. In some cases you'll need to use more concentrated effort (pressing harder and rub in smaller circles) in a small area if restoring corrosion damage, or you can employ the use of a vibrating sander to speed things along and reduce effort.

Works!!!! It’s not a fake like the others.

I don’t normally leave reviews but this product worked so well I had to leave a review. In the photos that hard water build up I inherited when we bought our 20 yr old home. The entire door and this side window were like that. I had tried everything and I mean everything. This took it off with so much less effort than I had been using it was shocking. There are still some spots that didn’t come out but I’ll go back with steel wool and work those out. At least I don’t have to steel wool the whole shower. Love this product!!!!

Gets rid of hard water buildup

I live in an area with limescale in the water, and my bathroom fixtures have looked cloudy for years. After using this, I saw shine for the first time in a decade. Works great on dark granite also. Super easy to use - just follow simple instructions.

Sparkling Clean!!

WHOA!!!!! This leaves my bathroom glass doors SPARKLING!! It is the best for hard water. We have hard water really badly in the city. This stuff is amazing!! Easy to use. I use a microfiber and FOLLOWED the directions of the circular motion!! Great product!!

Cleans hard water stains

I feel like I have tried every product that claims to remove hard water stains off shower glass and was feeling defeated because nothing worked! I came across this product and after reading the good reviews I thought I would give it a try. I sprinkled the powder on a damp non scratch sponge and used a lot of elbow grease and applied it in circular motion onto the glass. After rinsing off I couldn’t believe my eyes. It didn’t remove 100 percent of the water stains which is why I rated a 4, however, I am so pleased with this product and the results as you can see in the before and after pictures!!

Don't hesitate on this one!

Like many others have said. This stuff really gets the job done. I have well water which is very hard. Our shower doors were awful. It does take some elbow work as others have also said. But wow! What a difference! I've tried so many other product and home made miracle solutions and nothing has budged the crud on our shower glass. I even tried scraping with a razor blade! Finally something that really worked!

Amazing results!!

This stuff is AMAZING!!! I tried several different products that all got high ratings and this is the only thing that actually worked on my irrigation sprinkled basement windows. Seriously... AMAZING!!!
