I love these gummies. I have made them part of my daily regimen with 4mg of Melatonin per 2 gummies. The great smell and taste of the tart Cherry in these gummies literally flip the switch in my head at night and help me fall into a calming gentle state of rest, all while not hitting me with a wave of grogginess in the morning. I would highly recommend these gummies for anyone trying a gummy vitamin/sleep product.

The best sleep product I’ve ever had. I used to take prescription sleep medication, but I started taking these and they are better than even my prescription used to be. I could not recommend this product enough. Best of the best.

I can’t tell if they help me with sleep or not, if they do it’s minor. But they taste so good I look forward to taking them every night!

Tooth one of these and was just out. Great quality of sleep the taste isn't the best but not horrible. It's a good price for these. Pretty easy to just pop one and call it a night.

I fell in love with these gummies a few months ago. While other brands like “Calm” seem to knock me out, Hilo has a more natural effect and I have noticed it helps my muscle recovery as well.

I got these hoping it would help me to sleep after my hectic days and working out, but I just opened to take the first two and the smell was horrible. Then I tried eating them and the consistency was mushy and the flavor was absolutely awful. The taste and smell was like some alcohol. Do not recommend.

Baught these in the past and they worked great, not sure if there was a formula change , but now they keep me awake and anxious instead of calm.

Working as an EMT for 5 1/2 years, I’ve struggled for a while to keep a regular sleep schedule while off shift. A coworker recommended these, so I bought a bottle and have been taking them regularly.I’ve definitely had a much easier time falling asleep with these, which is helping me keep my sleep schedule to a set time. The best part by far is that I don’t wake up super groggy like I do with most sleep aids. I can bounce right out of bed and get to my day.I definitely recommend these gummies to anyone who struggles to fall asleep but doesn’t want a sleep aid to affect their ability to get out of bed in the morning.
